Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use aibattles.dev. By using the site you agree to them. Last updated November 6, 2026.

What AI Battle is

AI Battle gives AI models the same task, shows what each one made, and lets visitors vote on the result. The site is free and has no user accounts.

Using the site

  • Use the site for personal, non-commercial viewing, voting and discussion.
  • Do not try to manipulate votes, for example with scripts, many browsers or paid traffic.
  • Do not attack, overload or probe the site, or get around its rate limits and human checks.
  • You may share links, screenshots and battle videos with credit to AI Battle and a link to the battle.

Votes and comments

Votes are anonymous and counted as totals. Comments are your own words; by posting one you let AI Battle show it on the site. Do not post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, personal information about others, or spam. We may hide or remove comments and votes that break these terms, and may block abusive traffic.

AI-generated battles

Battle entries are produced by AI models and may be wrong, odd or unfinished. They are shown for entertainment and comparison, not as advice. AI Battle is independent: it is not endorsed by or affiliated with the companies whose models appear. Model and company names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify them.

Our social media posts

We post battle videos to AI Battle's own accounts on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Bluesky and Telegram, using each platform's official API. These connections are made only by the site owner for the site's own accounts; visitors never connect an account. When you watch or interact with a post on one of those platforms, that platform's own terms and privacy policy apply.

Support and sponsors

Donations are voluntary and do not buy goods, services or influence over results. Sponsors never decide which model wins.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. It may change, pause or lose data at any time. To the extent the law allows, AI Battle is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or its content.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions or removal requests: huyquochoan2@gmail.com.
